摘　　要：社会交往是少数民族农民工在城市中的重要活动,包括族内交往与族际交往、传统交往与新型交往等。少数民族农民工社会交往空间从农村“熟人社会”转变为城市“多主体生人社会”,其社会交往主导逻辑从“人情逻辑”转为“资本逻辑”。基于田野调查资料发现,少数民族农民工在城市的社会交往存在传统社会交往和后发型社会交往并置的局面,其社会交往对象、内容、形式发生较大变化。少数民族农民工社会交往受到多种资本组合的作用,各种资本为社会交往搭建平台、提供动力,并在交往中实现增值与强化。通过提升少数民族农民工资本水平可促进社会交往,加强交往交流交融,在城市中形成多民族互嵌式社会结构与社区环境则为“多主体生人社会”向“多主体半熟人社会”发展提供可能。Social interactions are important urban activities of minority migrant workers,including intra-clan and inter-clan interactions,traditional and new interactions,etc.Their social space is transformed from the rural circle of acquaintances to the urban society of multi-agent strangers,followed by the shift of their main social logic from“human touch relationship”to“capital relationship”.Based on field investigation,this paper finds that traditional and late-mover social interactions juxtapose in their urban social interaction and that there are great changes in their social objects,contents and forms.Additionally,their urban social interactions are influenced by multiple capital portfolio because capitals provide platforms and powers for social interactions and meanwhile realize their appreciation and strengthening.Therefore,improving minority migrant workers’salary will strengthen social interactions so as to build a multi-ethnic and inter-embedded society,which will make it possible to turn a“multi-agent society of strangers”into a“half multi-agent society of acquaintances”.
