摘  要:目的分析一起家庭聚集性的以感染性腹泻为表现疫情的暴发类型、传播链和感染轮状病毒的基因型别,探索预防和控制轮状病毒传播的具体策略。方法通过流行病学调查和应用逆转录聚合酶链反应(reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction,RT-PCR)技术检测等方法,对2019-02发生的1起家庭聚集性的以感染性腹泻为表现的疫情进行调查。结果该家庭中5例发病者均存在明确的流行病学史,在呕吐物或大便标本中均检出A组轮状病毒,基因分型均为G9P[8]型,且测序结果显示患者间VP7和VP4基因序列同源性为100%。结论该次为一患者感染A组轮状病毒G9P[8]型后,处置不当引起家庭内传播的聚集性事件。Objective To analyze the outbreak type,transmission chain and genotype of rotavirus infection in order to explore specific strategies for preventing and controlling the transmission of rotavirus.Methods By epidemiological investigation and application of reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR)technology,a case characterized by infectious diarrhea in a family was investigated.Results There was a clear epidemiological history in all five patients in the family.The group A of rotavirus was detected in their vomit or stool samples,and the genotype of the rotavirus was G9 P[8].Sequencing results showed that the homology of VP7 and VP4 gene sequences was 100%.Conclusion In this case,a patient was infected with group A rotavirus G9 P[8],and the improper disposal of the patient resulted in this familial cluster event of transmission.
