某复方片剂通便功能人体试验结果分析

摘　　要：目的研究某复方片剂的通便功能。方法采用自身和组间对照两种试验设计,选择120名便秘人群作为受试者,观察试食前后受试者的一般情况、安全性指标及功效性指标。采用SPSS 22.0软件进行t检验。结果服用该复方片剂7 d后,试验组和对照组人群的各项体检指标均处于正常范围,与对照组相比,受试组的排便次数、粪便性状和排便状况的分值均发生明显改善(P<0.01),其中,试食组的排便次数从(1.71±0.46)次/周增加至(2.98±0.85)次/周,排便状况和粪便性状的分值分别降低(0.71±0.62)分/次和(0.57±0.57)分/次。结论服用该复方片剂能安全有效地改善便秘人群的通便功能。Objective To study the laxative function of a compound tablet.Methods Two experiments including self control and intergroup control were designed in this study,120 people who had constipation were selected as subjects,and the general conditions,safety and efficacy indexes of the subjects before and after the trial were observed.SPSS 22.0 software was used for t test.Results After taking the compound tablet for 7 days,all the medical examination indexes of the testing group and the control group were within the normal range,compared with the control group,the scores of defecation frequency,fecal traits and defecation status of the testing group all have improved remarkably(P<0.01),in particular,the defecation frequency of the testing group was increased from(1.71±0.46)times/week to(2.98±0.85)times/week,and the scores of defecation status and fecal traits decreased by(0.71±0.62)points/time and(0.57±0.57)points/time,respectively.Conclusion Taking this compound tablet could improve the laxative function of people with constipation safely and effectively.
