2018年凉山州人群死因监测结果分析

摘　　要：目的分析人群死因监测数据,掌握地区人群死因分布情况,提出针对性的健康政策建议。方法利用中国疾病预防控制信息系统中的全死因监测系统收集2018年凉山州死因监测数据和2018年死亡漏报调查数据,采用ICD-10对人群死因进行分类,并计算人群总死亡率、死因别死亡率和死亡构成比,利用寿命表法计算人群期望寿命。结果凉山州人群标化死亡率为804.48/10万,其中男性死亡率932.95/10万、女性死亡率671.22/10万;全人群前五位的死因依次为心血管疾病、主要呼吸系统疾病、恶性肿瘤、意外伤害、传染病和寄生虫病;恶性肿瘤前五位死因依次为肝癌、肺癌、胃癌、结直肠癌和食道癌;人群平均期望寿命为72.09岁,其中,男性平均期望寿命为68.69岁、女性平均期望寿命为75.95岁。结论凉山州人群死亡率高于其他地区,慢性非传染性疾病和传染性疾病对人群生命危害均较大,当地人群期望寿命低于全省平均水平。Objective To analyze the death cause surveillance data and explore the distribution of the cause of death in local populations,in order to propose targeted health policy suggestions.Methods Using the all-cause surveillance system in the China Information System of Disease Prevention and Control to collect the data on the cause of death in Liangshan Prefecture in 2018 and the data on death and underreporting in 2018,the study classified the cause of death by using the ICD-10,calculated the total mortality rate,cause-specific mortality and composition ratio of death of the population and used the life table method to calculate the current life expectancy of the population.Results The standardized mortality rate of Liangshan Prefecture was 804.48/10^5,including male mortality rate of 932.95/10^5 and female mortality rate of 671.22/10^5.The top five causes of death in the whole population were cardiovascular disease,major respiratory diseases,malignant tumors,accidental injuries and infectious diseases and parasitic diseases.The top five causes of malignant tumors were liver cancer,lung cancer,stomach cancer,colorectal cancer and esophageal cancer.The average life expectancy of the population was 72.09 years old.The average life expectancy of males was 68.69 years old,and the average life expectancy of females was 75.95 years old.Conclusion The mortality rate of people in Liangshan Prefecture is higher than other regions.The non-communicable chronic diseases and infectious diseases both have great lifethreatening hazards to the population.The life expectancy of local population is lower than the provincial average.
