综合护理在膝关节骨质增生护理中的临床应用效果

摘　　要：目的研究分析膝关节骨质增生护理中综合护理干预的临床应用效果。方法选取2018年1月~2019年12月我院收治的38例膝关节骨质增生患者,采用随机数字表法模式对患者进行分组,平均划分为研究组和对照组,两组样本量保持一致,n=19,对照组患者护理方案为常规基础护理,研究组患者护理方案为综合护理,研究比较组间护理相关指标。结果统计并评估组间临床疗效及患者对护理人员满意程度,研究组优势显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理在膝关节骨质增生患者护理中应用效果显著,值得临床推广应用。Objective To study and analyze the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on hyperosteogeny of knee joint.Methods A total of 38 patients with hyperosteogeny of knee joint were randomly divided into two groups(study group and Control Group)from January 2018 to December 2019 in our hospital,n 19,Control Group for routine basic nursing care of patients,study group for Comprehensive Nursing Care of patients,study and compare the inter-group nursing related indicators.Results To evaluate the inter-group nursing satisfaction and the total effective rate of clinical treatment,the study group was higher than the control group(p<0.05).Conclusion The effect of comprehensive nursing in the nursing of patients with hyperosteogeny of knee joint is remarkable,and it is worthy of clinical application.
