摘　　要：目的评价追踪护理对食管癌放疗患者营养状况、免疫功能的影响。方法抽取我院于2018年12月~2019年12月间收治的食管癌行放疗的病人140例纳入实验,随机均分2组。对照组患者行常规的护理方式,实验组行追踪护理,比较护理结果。结果实验组的营养状况以及生化指标均较对照组好,P<0.05。结论对食管癌进行放疗的病人进行综合护理,可以改善患者营养状况,值得推广。Objective To evaluate the effect of follow-up nursing on nutritional status and immune function of patients with esophageal cancer.Methods 140 patients who received radiotherapy for esophageal cancer in our hospital from December 2018 to December 2019 were randomly divided into two groups.The patients in the control group received routine nursing,and the patients in the experimental group received follow-up nursing.Results The nutritional status and biochemical indexes of the experimental group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing for patients with esophageal cancer undergoing radiotherapy can improve their nutritional status,which is worth popularizing.
