规范化癌痛护理对癌痛患者心理状态及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的研究规范化癌痛护理对癌痛患者心理状态及生活质量的影响。方法选择66例在我院接受治疗的癌痛护理患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,其中观察组患者采取规范化癌痛护理方式,对照组患者则采取常规护理模式。经过护理干预后比较两组患者的SAS和SDS评分以及生活质量评分。结果干预后,观察组患者的SAS评分为(46.36±5.37),SDS评分为(47.27±6.21),患者的SF-36评分为(80.37±8.36)。对照组患者的SAS评分为(54.28±4.96),SDS评分为(55.18±5.96),患者的SF-36评分为(72.36±7.85)。结论采取规范化癌痛护理可以有效改善患者的心理状态,并提高患者的生活质量。Objective To study the influence of standardized cancer pain nursing on the mental state and quality of life of cancer pain patients.Methods 66 cases of cancer pain nursing patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,in which patients in observation group took standardized cancer pain nursing mode,while patients in control group took conventional nursing mode.After nursing intervention,SAS and SDS scores and quality of life scores of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the SAS,SDS and SF-36 of the observation group were 46.36±5.37,47.27±6.21 and 80.37±8.36 respectively.The SAS,SDS and SF-36 of the control group were 54.28±4.96,55.18±5.96 and 72.36±7.85 respectively.Conclusion Standardized cancer pain nursing can effectively improve the psychological state of patients,and improve the quality of life of patients.
