探讨慢性前列腺炎患者的心理护理干预效果

摘　　要：目的探讨在慢性前列腺炎治疗的过程中加以心理干预护理后的效果。方法选取本院2017年1月~2020年1月本院收治的200例慢性前列腺炎患者,将其随机分为两组:常规组(n=100)和干预组各(n=100)。常规组采取常规的药物治疗和基础护理。干预组在常规组的基础上加以心理干预护理。对两组的满意度、疾病认知程度、住院时间及并发症发生率,护理前后生活质量评分、焦虑评分。结果常规组的护理效果明低于干预组,干预组的患者病情不仅得到了有效控制,且其预后的复发率远远低于常规组。结论心理干预护理在慢性前列腺炎的治疗过程中,具有确切效果,在临床护理上应推广。Objective To explore the effect of psychological intervention in the treatment of chronic prostatitis.Methods 200 patients with chronic Prostatitis in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2020 were randomly divided into two groups:Conventional Group N 100 and Intervention Group N 100.Conventional Group to take conventional drug treatment and basic care.Intervention Group in the conventional group on the basis of psychological intervention nursing.The satisfaction degree,disease cognition degree,hospitalization time and complication rate,quality of life score and anxiety score of the two groups were analyzed.Results The nursing effect of the routine group was obviously lower than that of the intervention group.The condition of the patients in the intervention group was not only controlled effectively,but also the recurrence rate of the patients in the intervention group was much lower than that in the routine group.Conclusion Psychological Intervention Nursing is effective in the treatment of chronic Prostatitis,and should be popularized in clinical nursing.
