摘  要:对唐钢一钢轧厂板坯连铸机多年来浇钢过程换水口中存在的夹钢问题进行分析,认为耐火材料的设计与质量、塞棒控流精度、快换机构维护、快换机构冷却风与浇钢过程板间吹氩的控制、快换操作等均有关系,针对上述影响因素,制定了相应措施,通过措施的逐步落实,避免了换水口过程中存在的夹钢问题,稳定了连铸机生产。Steel clamping problem was analyzed which was occurred during the nozzle quick replacement process of slab continuous casting machine for many years in No.1 Steel-making and Rolling Plant,Tangsteel.The steel clamping problem are influenced by many factors such as:the design and quality of refractories,the control flow of stopper rod,the maintenance of the quick-replace mechanism,the contol level of cooling air and argon for the quick replacement mechanism,the operation of nozzle-replacement.According to the above-mentioned,the corresponding measures had been worked out.The problem was solved with the measures taken gradually.Production of the slab continuous caster is stable.
