摘　　要：水洗是使牛仔服装获得丰富颜色和具有个性外观的重要手段,常规工艺是先漂后染,采用次氯酸钠和高锰酸钾等强氧化剂使靛蓝、硫化染料剥色,再在剥色部位进行套染,这一过程中产生的大量污水不经处理排放会造成环境污染。采用涂料与靛蓝等染料进行套染,在保持外观效果的同时,有效地减少了污水排放对环境的污染。Water washing is an important means to make denim clothing rich in color and get individual character appearance.The conventional process is first bleaching and then dyeing,using strong oxidizing agents such as sodium hypochlorite and potassium permanganate to peel indigo and sulphide dyes,and then overprint the peeling parts.A large amount of sewage produced in this process can cause environmental pollution without treatment.Coatings and indigo dyes are used for over-dyeing,which can effectively reduce the pollution to the environment while maintaining the appearance effect.
