摘　　要：设计开发一种变化纬密的纬重剪花大提花面料,规格为106"JCF80/2丝光棉×JCF80/2丝光棉173×130平均纬密(底部纬密90)。进行规格和组织设计,探讨其织造工艺。采用5枚三飞的经面缎纹和10枚三飞的纬面缎纹相结合的纬重平组织,与不同颜色纬纱相配置形成纬剪花大提花面料。该面料花型丰富、饱满立体、布面平整,可应用在家纺产品,如窗帘、靠枕、床单等。The shear jacquard fabric with weft rib weave and variational weft density was designed and produced.The farbic specification is 106"JCF80/2×JCF80/2173×130.The mercerized cotton yarns were selected as warp and weft yarns.The weft density refers to the average weft density and the botton weft density is 90.The specification and weave structure were designed.The production process was discussed.The combination of five three-fly warp satin and ten three-fly weft were combined with the weft yarns with different colors to form weft-shear jacquared fabric.The fabric has some characteristics of rich patterns,plumpness and three-dimensional effect and so on.It can be applied in home textiles such as curtains,pillows and sheets.
