摘　　要：由于社会经济的飞速发展,高校的大学生业就一直存在供给与需求的失衡,大学生就业难是当前全社会关注的焦点和热点。在供给侧改革背景下,大学生的就业又增加了新的挑战,就业变得更加困难。简述了大学生就业能力存在的问题和供给侧改革对大学生就业能力提升的新要求,对供给侧改革视域下大学生就业能力提升的策略进行了探究。Due to the rapid development of social economy,the supply and demand of employment of college students has been unbalanced,the employment of college students is the focus and hot spot of the whole society.In the context of supply-side reform,the employment of college students has increased new challenges,making it more difficult for college students to obtain employment.Based on this,this paperoutlines the problems existing in the employment ability of college students and the new requirements of supply-side reform for the improvement of the employment ability of college students,then probes into the strategies of improving the employment ability of college students under the vision of supply-side reform.
