摘  要:新疆桑葚资源丰富,尤其是药桑在各类资源中占据特殊的位置,药桑果、叶等中富含的营养元素和化学成分均与普通果桑不同,随着科技日新月异的发展,挥发油、生物碱等及未知成分在药桑中首次发现并提取。综述了近几年药桑果、叶中的基本营养成分,并对药桑中活性成分及抗氧化作用进行了综述,了解了药桑具备的抗炎镇痛、抗新城疫病毒、抗肿瘤作用等药理作用,为新疆药桑产品的开发、生物活性成分的进一步研究提供依据。Mulberry resources in Xinjiang are rich,especially mulberry in all kinds of resources occupy a special position,mulberry fruit,leaves and other rich nutrients and chemical components are different from common mulberry,with the rapid development of science and technology,volatile oil,alkaloid and unknown components in mulberry were first discovered and extracted.Medicine mulberry notes in recent years was reviewed in this paper,the basic nutrients in the leaves,and the active ingredients in the medicine mulberry and antioxidant effect were summarized,understand the medicine mulberry had anti-inflammatory analgesic,resistance of poison,antitumor function of pharmacological effects,for the development of Xinjiang medicine mulberry products,provided a basis for the further study of the biological active ingredients.
