摘  要:为实现某冶炼厂稀贵金属综合回收技术改造项目全流程优化控制,结合工艺流程和生产过程,进行DCS管控一体化系统配置,组态三层级系统控制架构,实现全流程精准执行、现场控制与过程监控,并对焙烧磨矿车间关键设备焙烧炉和雷蒙磨机等进行数据通信监控。生产实际表明:该系统运行稳定,提高了整体生产技术水平,体现了生产工艺技术与过程控制系统的深度融合。In order to realize the optimized control of the whole process of comprehensive recovery of rare and precious metals in a smelter′s technology transformation project,several innovations were made based on the combination of the technical process and production process,including the configuration of integrated distributed control system(DCS),and the establishment of a three⁃level control system architecture,so as to realize the accurate implementation of the whole process,on⁃site control and process monitoring,as well as the monitoring of data communication among the key equipment of roaster and Raymond mill in the roasting and grinding workshop.The practical production shows that the system is running stably,indicating that the control system architecture has improved the technical level of the overall production and achieved the successful deep integration of production techniques and process control system.
