摘　　要：试验站内部分低压开关电器寿命试验回路的控制系统难以满足开关时序控制要求。针对以上问题,基于PLC与触摸屏设计一款便携式程控器,可快速自定义输出试品开关的控制时序,适用于各类低压电器产品的电寿命、操作、接通分断等试验,能够很好满足标准的要求。The control system of some low-voltage switch appliances in the test station is difficult to meet the switching sequence control requirements.In response to the above problems,a portable program controller is designed based on PLC and touch screen,which can quickly customize the control sequence of the output test switch.It is suitable for the electrical life,operation,on-off and other tests of various low-voltage electrical products,which can be well satisfied standard requirements.
