摘　　要：该文阐述军用产品筛选中的温度循环筛选度、试验机理、影响及参考标准等,并介绍了温度循环主要参数及注意事项。针对筛选度、保持时间和循环次数分别介绍了其计算方法,并通过Coffin-Manson方程建立了热应力引起的低周疲劳影响模型。This paper describes the temperature cycle screening degree,test mechanism,influence and reference standard in military product screening,and introduces the main parameters and precautions of temperature cycle.The calculation methods of screening degree,holding time and cycle number are introduced respectively,and the influence model of low cycle fatigue caused by thermal stress is established by coffin-Manson equation.
