摘  要:针对现有气动技术相关课程中实践教学环节不够以及实验设备少导致的教学效果差的不足,该文基于虚拟现实技术,联合三维建模与仿真,开发了一款运行操作方便、交互功能强的气动实验仿真教学平台。首先,基于Solid Works计算机辅助设计平台实现常用气动执行及控制元件的三维建模。借助3DS Max三维动画渲染和制作软件实现了场景建模和模型的无缝转换。然后,以Unity 3D虚拟仿真环境为开发引擎,完成了气动实验虚拟仿真平台的功能设计与优化。以气动减压阀拆装和调速回路为案例,进行了虚拟仿真实践教学验证。结果表明,所开发的虚拟仿真平台可以实现与实物平台一致的实验效果,对于推进实验教学信息化建设和提高高校人才工程实践能力具有较强的指导意义。In order to solve the problem of insufficient practical teaching links and poor teaching effect caused by the lack of experimental equipment,this paper develops a pneumatic experiment simulation teaching platform based on Virtual Reality technology,combined with three-dimensional modeling and simulation.Firstly,based on SolidWorks CAD platform,3D modeling of commonly used pneumatic actuators and control elements is realized.With the help of 3D Max,a 3D animation rendering and production software,the scene modeling and model seamless transformation are gained.Then,with unity 3D virtual simulation environment as the development engine,the functional design and optimization of the virtual simulation platform for pneumatic experiments are completed.Taking the pneumatic pressure reducing valve disassembly and speed regulating circuit as an example,the virtual simulation practice teaching verification is carried out.The results show that the developed virtual simulation platform can achieve the same experimental effect as the physical platform,which has a strong guiding significance for promoting the construction of experimental teaching informatization and improving the practical ability of talent engineering in Colleges.
