摘　　要：在经济全球化飞速发展与电商信息技术日新月异的大背景下,跨境电商已经成为经济产业链中至关重要的一环,但在其繁荣发展的背后,也出现了很多问题和阻碍。基于此情况,区块链技术作为最新技术应时而生,目前更是成为全球范围内诸多跨境电商共同聚焦的一个热点。本文通过分析跨境电商存在的问题,结合区块链技术的独特优势,研究区块链技术在跨境电商领域的应用及制约因素,最后提出推动跨境电商发展的相关政策建议。In the context of the rapid development of economic globalization and the rapid development of e-commerce information technology,cross-border e-commerce has become a vital part of the economic industry chain,but behind its prosperity and development,many problems and obstacles have also appeared.Based on this situation,blockchain technology emerged as the latest technology,and has become a hot spot for many cross-border e-commerce companies worldwide.This paper analyzes the problems of cross-border e-commerce,combines the unique advantages of blockchain technology,studies the application and constraints of blockchain technology in the field of cross-border e-commerce,and finally proposes relevant policy recommendations to promote the development of cross-border e-commerce.
