摘 要:为探究翼片式斜板沉沙池结构参数对截除率的影响,并获得截除率最优时结构参数组合,选取翼片间距、翼片倾角、翼片高度三个因素,在不同表面负荷工况下进行了三因素三水平正交试验,采用极差分析法和方差分析法对试验结果进行敏感性与显著性分析。结果表明:表面负荷≤24 m^3(/h·m^2)时,截除率敏感因素与主要显著性因素为翼片间距,表面负荷>24 m^3(/h·m^2)时,截除率敏感因素与主要显著性因素为翼片高度。应用投影寻踪回归(PPR)法建立了截除率的仿真计算模型,确定出各影响因子对截除率贡献权重系数由大到小为:表面负荷,翼片间距,翼片高度。通过PPR模型可得到不同表面负荷下截除率最优时的结构参数组合建议。研究结果对优化翼片式斜板沉沙池结构,提高截除效率具有重要的指导作用。In order to explore the influence of the structural parameters and obtain the optimal combination of fin-type inclined vane plate sedimentation basins,this paper installed spacing,inclination and height of vane plates as three measured factors(taking the sediment trapping efficiency as the evaluation index).Three-factor three-level orthogonal experimental design method was carried out under different surface loads,and range analysis and variance analysis were used to assess the sensitivity and significance of the experimental results.The results show that when the surface load is less than or equal to 24m^3/h·m^2,the sensitive main significant factor of the sediment trapping efficiency is the spacing of vane plates;and when the surface load is greater than 24m^3/h·m^2,the height of the vane plates plays a major role.Using the Pro-jection Pursuit Regression(PPR)method to establish the simulation calculation model,the weight coeffi-cients of each experimental factor for the sediment trapping efficiency were given in descending order:sur-face load,vane plates spacing and height.The PPR simulation calculation results can acquire the optimal structural parameters combination suggestions for optimal sediment trapping efficiency under different surface loads.
