摘 要:目的研究瘦素及其受体基因多态性与妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)易感性的关系,为妊娠期糖尿病的发病机制研究和制定其预防策略提供线索。方法采用MassArray基因分析平台检测862名GDM患者和893名葡萄糖耐量正常的孕妇的3个基因多态性位点(瘦素基因rs2167270,瘦素受体基因rs1805096、rs1137100),应用非条件Logistic回归模型分析基因多态性与GDM发病风险的关系。结果经模型调整后,携带瘦素基因rs2167270位点GA基因型的孕妇GDM发病风险是GG携带者的1.69倍(OR=1.69,95%CI:1.20~2.38,P=0.003)。未发现瘦素受体基因rs1805096、rs1137100与GDM易感性相关(均P>0.05)。结论瘦素基因rs2167270位点多态性与GDM易感性有关。Objective To investigate the relationship between leptin gene,leptin receptor gene polymorphism and susceptibility of gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM),and to provide evidence for exploring the pathogenesis and prevention strategies of GDM.Methods MassArray gene analysis platform was used to detect 3 gene polymorphism loci(rs2167270 of leptin gene,rs1805096 and rs1137100 of leptin receptor gene)in 862 patients with GDM and 893 pregnant women with normal glucose tolerance.And the unconditional logistic regression model was used to analyze the relationship between gene polymorphism and the risk of GDM.Results After model adjustment,pregnant women with leptin gene rs2167270 GA genotype was 1.69 times more likely to develop GDM than carriers with GG genotype(OR=1.69,95%CI:1.20-2.38,P=0.003).And the susceptibility of GDM was not associated with leptin receptor gene rs1805096 or rs1137100(all P>0.05).Conclusion Leptin gene rs2167270 polymorphism is associated with the susceptibility of GDM.
