摘　　要：在湖南西南部开展了钩藤人工栽培试验,通过培育壮苗、合理密植、矮化修剪、抚育施肥等措施,造林第2年试产,第4年开始进入盛产期,第6年鲜钩枝产量达到3626 kg·hm^-2。利用摘心除萌产生的幼嫩茎叶制作钩藤保健茶叶,大幅度提升了钩藤人工林的生产效益。通过对钩藤种植的产值和生产成本进行全面分析,在山地、平均密度3700株·hm^-2情况下,盛产期综合净产值达到3.79万元·hm^-2。Artificial cultivation experiment of Uncaria rhynchophylla was carried out in the southwest of Hu'nan Province.Through the measures of cultivating strong seedlings,reasonable close planting,dwarfing pruning and fertilization,the trial production of U.rhynchophylla was conducted in the second year,and entered the peak production period in the fourth year.The fresh hook branch yield of U.rhynchophylla reached 3626 kg per hectare in the sixth year.Using the young stems and leaves of U.rhynchophylla to produce health tea,the production efficiency of plantation was greatly improved.Through a comprehensive analysis of the output value and production cost of U.rhynchophylla cultivation,the comprehensive net output value reached 37900 yuan per hectare in the average density of 3700 plants per hectare.
