摘 要:短链脱氢酶超家族是一类古老而庞大的NAD(P)(H)依赖的氧化还原家族,参与催化多个初生代谢与次生代谢反应过程。迄今,在生物界中已发现短链脱氢酶家族成员超47000个。序列比对显示,该家族个体间相似性较低,但都含有特征性的“Rossmann-fold”保守结构。为快速鉴别和研究短链脱氢酶功能,研究者在国际上发展了一套隐马尔可夫模型和命名分类系统,专门的数据库SDR Enzymes亦构建完成。近年来,随着基因组数据的陆续公布,植物短链脱氢酶家族成员呈爆发式扩增。相关研究结果显示,植物基因组中含短链脱氢酶数量60~350个不等,根据序列特征可细分为5大类,参与约50种不同的代谢路径。本文从介绍短链脱氢酶隐马尔可夫模型、命名分类系统及序列特征等出发,重点对近年来植物短链脱氢酶家族次级代谢功能研究结果进行总结,旨在为进一步深入开展相关研究提供信息参考。The short-chain dehydrogenase/reductases(SDRs)encompass one of the largest and oldest NAD(P)(H)-dependent oxidoreductase that are involved in the catalysis of multiple primary and secondary metabolic processes.The SDR superfamily currently has more than 47000 members,most of which are distantly related in pairwise comparisions but all have characteristic"Rossmann-fold"conserved structures.In order to quickly identify and study the function of SDR,researchers have developed a set of hidden Markov models and named classification systems in the world.The specialized database SDR Enzymes has also been constructed.In recent years,with the release of genome data,members of the plant SDR family showed explosive amplification.Relevant researches show that there are about 60-350 SDRs in the plant genome,which can be subdivided into 5 major categories according to sequence features and yanjiuparticipate in about 50 different metabolic pathways.In this paper,we introduced the SDR Hidden Markov model,nomenclature initiative and sequence characteristics,and summarized the research progresses of SDR family involving plant secondary metabolismin recent years,which is intended to provide references for further research.
