凉血四物汤治疗玫瑰痤疮的Meta分析

摘　　要：目的初步分析中药成方治疗玫瑰痤疮概况并系统评价凉血四物汤加减方疗效。方法检索中文数据库万方、知网、维普、中国生物医学文献和英文数据库PubMed、The Cochrane Library(CENTRAL)、EMBASE中自建库以来2019年10月前相关研究,统计用于治疗玫瑰痤疮的研究,实验组为单用或联用凉血四物汤治疗玫瑰痤疮的随机对照研究,对照组为不含凉血四物汤的其他疗法,检索语言中、英文不限,检索结果筛选后用软件Review Manager 5.3进行Meta分析。结果纳入随机对照试验7篇,涉及患者690例,实验组387例,对照组303例,Meta分析结果显示实验组与对照组玫瑰痤疮治疗总体有效率(OR=4.04,95%CI(2.65,6.15),P<0.00001)和治愈率(OR=2.46,95%CI(1.79,3.38),P<0.00001)差异显著,具有统计学意义,实验组临床总体有效率和治愈率优于对照组;而安全性评价差异不显著(OR=0.54,95%CI(0.15,1.97),P=0.3)。结论凉血四物汤治疗玫瑰痤疮疗效优于抗生素等其他药物,安全性差别不大。Objective To analyze the general situation of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of rosacea and evaluate the therapeutic effect of Liangxue Siwu Decoction.Methods To search Wanfang DATA,CNKI,CQVIP database,CSM,PubMed,the Cochrane(central)and EMBASE databases,the relevant research has been conducted before October 2019.The statistics are used for the prescription of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of rosacea.The experimental group is a randomized controlled study of Liangxue Siwu Decoction for the treatment of rosacea.The control group is other treatments of non Liangxue Siwu Decoction.The search language is unlimited in Chinese and English.After the search results are screened,the meta analysis is carried out with the Software Review Manager 5.3.Results Totally 7 RCTs were included,involving 690 patients,including 387 in the experimental group and 303 in the control group.The results of meta-analysis showed that the overall effective rate(OR=4.04,95%CI(2.65,6.15),P<0.00001)and cure rate(OR=2.46,95%CI(1.79,3.38),P<0.00001)between experimental group and control group were statistically significant.The overall effective rate and cure rate of experimental group were better than those of control group,the difference of safety evaluation was not significant(OR=0.54,95%CI(0.15,1.97),P<0.00001).Conclusion Liangxue Siwu Decoction is the most widely used traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of rosacea.The therapeutic effect of Liangxue Siwu Decoction is better than antibiotics or other drugs,while there is little difference in security.
