复合酸治疗中度痤疮临床疗效及安全性观察

摘　　要：目的观察复合酸治疗中度痤疮临床疗效及安全性。方法按门诊就诊顺序将2019年6月至2019年12月就诊的中度痤疮患者74例,分为治疗组(n=43)、对照组(n=31)。治疗组给予复合酸治疗,对照组给予果酸治疗。两组患者总疗程均为12周,每2周给予1次治疗,每4周观察、记录皮损1次。对比每组治疗效果、不良反应总发生率以及复发率。结果治疗8周、12周时,治疗组总有效率均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组复发率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复合酸治疗中度痤疮安全、有效。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of complex acid in the treatment of moderate acne.Methods 74 moderate acne patients(2019.01—2019.06)were chosen and divided into treatment group(n=43)and control group(n=31)according to registration number.The treatment group took complex acid.The control group took alpha hydroxy acid.All patients were treated for 12 weeks,once every two weeks.Skin lesion conditions were observed and recorded once every 4 weeks.Therapeutic effect,overall adverse reactions and recurrence rate were compared.Results After 8 w and 12 w of treatment,total effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that of control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05);overall adverse reactions between groups showed no statistically significant difference(P>0.05);recurrence rate in the treatment group was lower than that of control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Complex acid is an effective and safety method for treatment of moderate acne.
