摘  要:浅冷油吸收-膜分离-变压吸附组合工艺在中国石化齐鲁分公司成功应用,可改善制氢原料,降低PSA原料中的不凝气组分,回收高纯氢气。膜分离原料携带硫、氧等杂质可缩短膜组件寿命,降低膜分离氢气回收率。通过原料气加氢脱硫、脱氧及操作优化可降低膜原料杂质含量,延长膜组件的使用寿命。The combined process of shallow cooling oil absorption,membrane separation and pressure swing adsorption was applied successfully in SINOPEC Qilu Branch Company.Quality of the raw material for hydrogen production was improved,the noncondensable gas content in pressure swing adsorption( PSA) raw material was reduced,and high purity hydrogen was recycled.Service period of the membrane module was shortened and the hydrogen separation yield was reduced by impurity existing in the raw material,such as sulfur,oxygen and etc..The impurities content could be reduced by hydrodesulfurization and deoxidation of the feed combing with operation optimization,and the service period of the membrane module was prolonged.
