摘  要:4M125型新氢压缩机自投入运行后多次出现轴瓦损坏情况,给装置安稳运行造成影响。根据往复式压缩机的结构及工作原理,并结合该压缩机大修时的轴瓦同轴度检测情况,提出该压缩机轴瓦损坏处理措施,消除设备隐患。Multiple occurrence of bearing bush damage on the new 4 M125 type hydrogen compressor after it was put into operation,stable operation of the device was influenced.Basing on structure and working principle of the reciprocating compressor,and combining with coaxiality inspection situation of the compressor during the grand repairment,the treatment measures on bearing bush damage were put forward,hidden dangers of the device were eliminated.
