摘 要:基于Aspen Plus的概念设计,提出了非均相液液萃取与萃取精馏相结合的分离工艺,得到了质量分数均为99.5%的异丙醇和异丙醚产品,并利用灵敏度分析,确定了粗馏塔、水回收塔、异丙醇回收塔、乙二醇回收塔以及非均相液液萃取塔的最佳工艺参数:粗馏塔、水回收塔、异丙醇回收塔、乙二醇回收塔的理论板数分别为7,12,36,10;进料位置分别为塔底,第7块理论板,第4/30块理论板,第4块理论板;塔顶采出量分别为78.0,152.0,130.6,21.4 kg/h;液液萃取塔的理论级数为9。Based on the concept design of Aspen Plus,the separation process combining heterogeneous liquid-liquid extraction and extractive distillation was put forward,and the isopropanol and isopropyl ether products with mass fraction of 99.5% were obtained.The optimum technological parameters such as crude distillation tower,water recovery tower,isopropanol recovery tower,ethanediol recovery tower and heterogeneous liquid-liquid extraction were determined by sensitivity analysis.The optimal technological parameters were as follows: the theoretical plate numbers of the crude distillation tower,water recovery tower,isopropanol recovery tower and ethanediol recovery tower were respectively 7,12,36 and 10;the corresponding feed positions were respectively tower bottom,7 th theoretical plate,4 th/30 th theoretical plate,4 th theoretical plate;and the corresponding output quantity on the tower tops were respectively 78.0 kg/h,152.0 kg/h,130.6 kg/h and 21.4 kg/h.The theoretical plate number of liquid-liquid extraction tower was 9.
