摘　　要：介绍了超高效液相色谱出现以来的现状,细述了关键部件色谱柱结构中填料及整体柱的发展;结合具体应用实例,表述了超高效液相色谱在多个行业都发挥了其高分辨、高效快捷的作用,是科研和检验行业得力的"武器"。The status since emergence of the ultra high performance liquid chromatography was summarized.The key structure parts of the chromatography column such as the filler and the monolithic column were described in detail.Combining with the specific application examples,the high resolution and high efficiency function of the ultra high performance liquid chromatography in multiple industries was introduced.It was a powerful tool for scientific research and inspection industries.
