摘  要:红透山矿业公司铜锌矿所采用的采矿方法为上向水平分层充填法,在实际生产过程中存在一定的问题,制约采矿效率的提高,针对其存在的问题,为提高采场循环速度和生产效率,同时也为后续便于发展盘区机械化安全高效采矿方法创造条件。提出并进行了台阶式顶板上向水平分层充填法的试验研究,该方法最大程度地减少采准工程量,最大限度地提高回收率,并针对盘区机械化采场暴露面大、应力集中和顶板节理裂隙发育等不利安全因素影响,采用长锚索预控顶支护技术措施,有效地控制了采场顶板冒落现象,解决了采场顶板暴露面积过大带来的开采安全问题。The upward horizontal layered filling method is used in a copper-zinc mine of the Hongtoushan Mining Company’s.There are some problems restrict the improvement of mining efficiency,in the actual production process.In view of its existing problems,in order to improve the stope cycle speed and productivity.And create conditions for the subsequent development of panel mechanized safe and efficient mining method,an experimental study on the horizontally layered filling method with stepped roof is proposed and carried out.This method minimizes the amount of mining work and maximizes the recovery.In view of the adverse safety factors such as the large exposed surface,stress concentration and the joint cracks of the mechanized panel stope,the long cable bolt pre-control roof support technology measures effectively controlled the roof fall of the stope and solved the mining safety problems caused by the large exposed area of the roof.
