摘　　要：图书馆是搜集、整理图书资料并供人阅览及参考的机构,对医院而言,图书馆的建设对提升医院整体医疗水平及提高医务人员服务质量有重要帮助,帮助医院更好的发展。但是从医院图书馆的实际情况来看,很多的医院在图书馆的建设及管理上普遍存在资源共享障碍、图书资源使用效率低下、服务模式单一及管理效率低下等问题,这导致医院图书馆不能发挥应用的效果。为此在当前“微时代”背景下,就需要医院图书馆相关管理人员充分利用现代化的信息资源,结合医院特色文化积极创新高效新颖的服务及管理模式,提高医院图书馆的服务效能,进而促进医院更好的发展。本文先分析了目前医院图书馆服务及管理现状,然后探讨基于“微时代”的医院图书馆服务与管理新模式实现的意义及对策,希望对相关人员有所指导。Library is an institution that collects and organizes books and materials for reading and reference.For the hospital,the construction of the library is of great help to improve the overall medical level of the hospital and improve the service quality of medical staff,helping the hospital to better development of.However,from the actual situation of hospital libraries,many hospitals generally have problems such as obstacles to resource sharing,inefficient use of book resources,single service models,and inefficient management in library construction and management.Use the effect of the application.Therefore,in the current"micro-age"background,relevant management staff of hospital libraries are required to make full use of modern information resources,and actively innovate innovative service and management models of universities in light of the hospital's characteristic culture,and improve the service efficiency of hospital libraries,thereby promoting Better hospital development.This article first analyzes the current status of hospital library service and management,and then discusses the significance and countermeasures of the new model of hospital library service and management based on the"micro-age",hoping to give instructions to relevant personnel.
