循证医学实践和医院图书馆的信息服务探析

摘　　要：循证医学(Evidence-based medicine,EMB)即“遵循证据的医学”,也可被称为实证医学,其核心在于医疗决策应以最佳科学研究依据为基础,同时重视结合临床经验。医院图书馆是为临床医学提供信息服务的重要场所,也是循证医学实践发展的重要保障,同时,循证医学实践也为医院图书馆发展带来了全新的挑战和机遇,因此,医院图书馆应不断创新信息服务、完善信息资源,最大限度满足循证医学实践发展需求,进而为临床医疗决策奠定良好基础,使医护人员能在短时间内准确、快速找到证据支持。基于此,本文从循证医学实践角度出发,对循证医学实践和医院图书馆的信息服务进行简单探析。Evidence-based medicine(Evidence-based medicine,EMB),that is,"evidence-based medicine",can also be called empirical medicine,the core of which is that medical decision-making should be based on the best scientific research basis,while paying attention to the combination of clinical experience.Hospital library is an important place to provide information service for clinical medicine,and it is also an important guarantee for the development of evidence-based medicine practice.At the same time,evidence-based medicine practice also brings new challenges and opportunities for hospital library development.Therefore,hospital library should constantly innovate information service,improve information resources,meet the needs of evidence-based medicine practice development to the maximum extent,and then lay a good foundation for clinical medical decision-making,so that medical staff can short time to accurately and quickly find evidence to support.Based on this,this paper makes a simple analysis of evidence-based medical practice and hospital library information service from the perspective of evidence-based medical practice.
