摘　　要：目的分析乙肝免疫球蛋白联合乙肝疫苗对母婴乙肝病毒传播的治疗及预防效果。方法从2017年10月—2020年4月择取107例乙肝病毒感染孕妇,对孕妇实施乙肝免疫球蛋白治疗,并对儿童实施乙肝疫苗注射治疗,分析儿童乙肝感染及免疫情况。结果母体双阳性的儿童HBsAb阳性占比、HBsAg阳性占比均比母体单阳性的儿童高(P<0.05);不同年龄阶段的儿童HBsAb阳性占比、HBsAg阳性占比对比无统计学差异(P>0.05);对于HBsAg阳性儿童,不同喂养方式无统计学差异(P>0.05);对于HBsAb阳性儿童,母乳喂养阳性率明显比人工喂养高(P<0.05)。结论乙肝免疫球蛋白联合乙肝疫苗可以有效阻断母婴乙肝病毒传播,且其阻断效果与母体感染情况相关。Objective To analyze the therapeutic and preventive effects of hepatitis B immunoglobulin combined with hepatitis B vaccine on motherto-child hepatitis B virus transmission.Methods From October 2017 to April 2020,107 cases of pregnant and lying-in women infected with hepatitis b virus were selected and treated with hepatitis b immunoglobulin,and children were treated with hepatitis b vaccine,so as to analyze their hepatitis b infection and immunity.Results The proportion of HBsAb positive and HBsAg positive in the maternal double-positive children was higher than that in the maternal single-positive children(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the proportion of HBsAb positive and HBsAg positive among children of different ages(P>0.05).For HBsAg positive children,there was no statistical difference in different feeding methods(P>0.05).For HBsAb-positive children,the positive rate of breast-feeding was significantly higher than that of artificial feeding(P<0.05).Conclusion Hepatitis b immunoglobulin combined with hepatitis b vaccine can effectively block mother-to-child transmission of hepatitis b virus,and the blocking effect is related to maternal infection.
