摘　　要：目的中医院在治疗过程中重要组成部分之一是中药煎药室,它是保证中药相关疗效的重要环节,加强中药煎药室的标准化建设、提高中药复方汤剂煎煮过程中的质量对于中药临床产生的疗效具有重要意义。现已有医疗机构的中药煎药室主要负责替患者煎煮中药复方等相关服务,所以推行标准化建设具有切实意义。方法课题组通过对2017年吉林省财政专项资助的9家市州级中医医疗机构的煎药室标准化建设实际情况进行考察、调研,参照《医疗机构中药煎药室管理规范》、《吉林省医疗机构中药煎药室管理办法》的相关规范,进行专项建设前后对比分析。结果煎药室标准化建设评价指标主要可分为:煎药室设施与设备、煎药室构建情况、煎药室各项标准操作规程、煎药室工作人员管理、煎药室其他相关指标等部分,经标准化改建后,各项指标均有所提高。结论明确煎药室标准化建设评价指标,为建立吉林省市州级医疗机构煎药室标准化建设评价机制提供依据。Objective One of the important components in the treatment process of the Chinese Medicine Hospital is the Chinese Medicine Decoction Room,which is an important link to ensure the relevant curative effects of Chinese medicine.Strengthening the standardized construction of the Chinese Medicine Decoction Room and improving the quality of the Chinese medicine compound decoction in the process of decoction are important The curative effect produced is of great significance.At present,the traditional Chinese medicine decoction rooms of medical institutions are mainly responsible for decoction of Chinese medicine compounds and other related services for patients,so it is of practical significance to promote standardization.Methods The research team investigated and investigated the actual situation of the standardization of the decoction room of 9 municipal and prefecture-level TCM medical institutions funded by the Jilin Province in 2017,and referred to the"Management Standards of Traditional Chinese Medicine Decoction Rooms in Medical Institutions"and compared analysis before and after the special construction was carried out according to the relevant norms of the"Management Measures for the Chinese Medicine Decoction Room in Medical Institutions of Jilin Province".Results The evaluation indicators for standardization construction of the decoction room could be divided into:decoction room facilities and equipment,construction of the decoction room,standard operating procedures of the decoction room,staff management of the decoction room,and other relevant indicators of the decoction room.After standardization and reconstruction,all indicators had been improved.Conclusion Clarify the evaluation indicators for the standardization of the decoction room,and provide a basis for the establishment of the evaluation mechanism for the standardization of the decoction room in Jilin Province,city and prefecturelevel medical institutions.
