摘 要:在医疗卫生体制改革背景下,医疗市场开放程度愈来愈大,市场竞争也变得愈来愈激烈。在这种情况下,公立医院获得了新的发展空间,但也面临着严峻的考验。公立医院需要同时兼顾经济效益与社会效益,逐步解决群众“看病贵,看病难”的问题,以适应新医改要求。与此同时,在社会医疗水平不断提升的情况下,群众对于医疗服务的要求变得愈来愈高,也逐渐趋于个性化、多元化。在充分发挥公益性的前提下,如何提升医疗服务质量已经成为了公立医院在发展过程中的关键性问题。基于此,本文对公立医院医疗服务相关问题进行了分析,并提出了改进策略,以供参考。In the context of the reform of the medical and health system,the degree of openness of the medical market has become greater and greater,and market competition has become more intense.In this case,public hospitals have gained new development space,but they also face severe tests.Public hospitals need to take into account both economic and social benefits,and gradually solve the problem of"expensive and difficult to see",so as to meet the requirements of the new medical reform.At the same time,with the continuous improvement of the level of social medical care,the people's requirements for medical services have become higher and higher,and they have gradually become more personalized and diversified.On the premise of giving full play to public welfare,how to improve the quality of medical services has become a key issue in the development of public hospitals.Based on this,this article analyzes issues related to medical services in public hospitals,and proposes improvement strategies for reference.
