摘　　要：目的探讨鼓膜穿刺治疗分泌性中耳炎的有效性及对复发率的影响。方法选取2018年7月—2019年12月我科门诊诊治的分泌性中耳炎患者68例,根据治疗方法的不同分成两组,对照组应用临床鼓膜切开术进行治疗,研究组应用鼓膜穿刺治疗。比较有效性、不良反应的发生、复发率。结果研究组有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生低于对照组(P<0.05);对照组复发患者为6例,占本组患者的17.6%,研究组1例复发患者,占本组患者的2.9%,研究组复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对药物治疗无效的分泌性中耳炎患者实施鼓膜穿刺治疗,最终的治疗效果理想,帮助更多患者改善临床症状,同时减少复发,临床上应当进一步推广应用。Objective To investigate the efficacy of tympanostomy in the treatment of secretory otitis media and its effect on recurrencerate. Methods A total of 68 secretory otitis media patients treatedin our outpatient department from July 2018 to December 2019were selected and divided into two groups according to differenttreatment methods. The control group was treated with clinicaltympanotomy, while the study group was treated with tympanostomy.The effectiveness, occurrence and recurrence rate of adverse reactionswere compared. Results The effective rate of the study group washigher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). The occurrence ofadverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the controlgroup (P < 0.05). There were 6 cases of recurrence in the control group,accounting for 17.6% of the patients in this group, and there was 1 caseof recurrence in the study group, accounting for 2.9% of the patients inthis group. The recurrence rate in the study group was lower than thatin the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Tympanostomy for otitismedia with effusion has an ideal therapeutic effect and can help morepatients to improve their clinical symptoms and reduce recurrence. Itshould be further popularized in clinical practice.
