摘　　要：为探索播期对优质稻米品质的影响,以泰优390、隆晶优1号、两优二三丝苗、兆优5431、玉针香、新美香占等6个品种为试验材料,在邵阳进行分期播种试验。结果表明,试验品种主要米质指标播期之间存在一定的差异,播期延后,整精米率、直链淀粉含量、碱消值均有提高,垩白度和垩白粒率、精米率、粒长、长/宽等4项指标变化小或相对稳定。In order to explore the effect of sowing date on the quality of high-quality rice,six varieties,such as Taiyou 390,Longjingyou No.1,Liangyou Ersanmiao,Zhaoyou 5431,Yuzhenxiang and Xinmeixiangzhan,were used as experimental materials to carry out sowing experiments by stages in Shaoyang.The results showed that there were some differences among the main rice quality indexes of the test varieties.After the sowing date was delayed,the head rice rate,amylose content and alkali elimination value increased,while the chalkiness and chalky grain rate,milled rice rate,grain length and length/width changed little or remained relatively stable.
