摘  要:玉米是我国主要的粮食作物和重要的饲料作物,在受到干旱胁迫后产量会大幅降低。针对玉米自交系的雌雄穗开花间隔(ASI)与产量相关性以及自交系的ASI与ASI延长时间(Dct)是否可以作为判定玉米自交系抗旱性的指标进行研究。结果表明:玉米自交系ASI与单株产量呈极显著负相关,ASI、Dct与DI(抗旱指数)的线性方程拟合优度分别为0.48、0.83,可以作为评价玉米自交系抗旱性的参数,且Dct比ASI判断玉米自交系抗旱性更加有效。Maize is the main grain crop and important forage crop in China.The study included the correlation between ASI and yield of maize inbred and whether ASI and ASI extension time(Dct)of maize inbred could be used as a direct indicator of drought resistance of maize inbred.The results showed that there was a significant negative correlation between the yield per plant and ASI of maize inbred lines,and the goodness of fit of linear equations of ASI,Dct and DI(drought resistance index)were 0.48 and 0.83 respectively,which could be used as parameters to evaluate drought resistance of maize inbred lines,but Dct was more effective than ASI in judging drought resistance of maize inbred lines.
