摘  要:为探讨机械化育苗技术对烤烟烟苗素质的影响,以K326为材料,开展了循环运动机械育苗技术和漂浮育苗技术(对照)对比试验。结果表明:采用循环运动机械育苗技术育苗,出苗快、壮苗率高;成苗期烟苗的一级侧根数量和主根长、根系体积及根系活力均显著高于对照;最大叶叶面积高于对照3.0 cm^2;全株干质量根冠比比对照高0.008。在适宜的育苗基质和良好的光温环境下,采用循环运动机械育苗有利于提高烟苗素质,培育壮苗。In order to explore the effect of mechanized seedling nursing technology on the quality of flue-cured tobacco seedlings,the comparative experiments of circular motion mechanical seedling nursing technique and floating seedling nursing technique(CK)were carried out with K326 as the material.The results showed that,the seedlings emergenced faster and the strong seedling rate was higher by using circulation movement mechanical seedling nursing technique,the number of primary lateral roots,main root length,root volume and root activity of tobacco seedlings at the seedling stage were significantly higher than those of the control,and the maximum leaf area was higher than that of the control by 3.0 cm^2.The root-shoot ratio of dry weight of the whole plant was 0.008 higher than that of the control.Under the suitable seedling substrate and good light and temperature environment,the use of circular motion machinery to raise seedlings is beneficial to improve the quality of tobacco seedlings and cultivate strong seedlings.
