摘  要:叶是植物开展光合作用的主要器官,也是某些作物的主要产物器官。因此,叶的大小将在很大程度上决定作物的产量。近年来,人们对叶大小发育的调控机制已经开展了大量的研究并取得了一定的进展。为了梳理植物叶大小的调控机理研究进展研究首先对叶扩展中的细胞学变化过程进行了概述,并对细胞增殖的调控机制、细胞扩展的调控机制、细胞增殖和细胞扩展之间的协同转换机制、细胞增殖和细胞扩展之间的补偿机制以及环境对叶大小的调控机制进行了阐述。此外,本研究还对叶大小发育的研究方向做出了展望,以期为开展相关研究的科研人员提供参考。Leaves are the main organs of plants for photosynthesis and the main production organs of some crops.Therefore, the size of the leaves will largely determine the yield of the crop. In recent years, a lot of research has been carried out on the regulation mechanism of leaf size development and some progress has been made. Based on the above findings, this review first summarizes the cytological changes in leaf expansion. Then, the regulation mechanism of cell proliferation, the regulation mechanism of cell expansion, the synergistic transformation mechanism between cell proliferation and cell expansion, the compensation mechanism between cell proliferation and cell expansion, and the regulation mechanism of leaf size by environment were expounded. In addition, this study also looks into the analysis of leaf size development, in order to provide reference for researchers to carry out relevant research.
