摘 要:分子标记辅助选择(MAS)是分子育种重要内容,基因型和表型筛选又是提升育种水平重要手段。本研究利用广谱抗稻瘟病基因Piz连锁分子标记,定向改良水稻品种‘吉粳88’稻瘟病抗性,辅助目标抗病基因Piz对应的病原菌无毒基因菌株JLAvrPiz-20020817进行抗性表型鉴定。在连续选择的BCF6优势群体中筛选出一个含有Piz基因的抗稻瘟病水稻新品系,PCR结果测序对比和表型分析证实该品系中抗性源自亲本‘九稻44’的Piz基因。通过吉林省水稻品种审定委员会审定命名为‘庆林511’。本研究是辅助抗病基因型和表型筛选提升常规育种水平的一个成功案例。Molecular Marker Assistant Selection(MAS) is an important part of molecular breeding, and genotype and phenotype screening is an important means to improve the level of breeding. In this study, Piz linkage molecular marker of the broad-spectrum blast resistance gene was used to improve the resistance of rice blast variety’Jijing 88’ in a targeted way, and the resistance phenotype was identified by assisting the pathogenic bacteria corresponding to the target Piz resistance gene, JLAvrPiz-20020817, which is non-toxic. A new rice blast resistant strain containing Piz gene was screened out from successive BCF6 dominant population, and PCR sequencing and phenotypic analysis confirmed that the resistance in this strain was derived from the Piz gene of its parent’Jiudao44’. It was approved by The Rice Variety Examination Committee of Jilin Province and named as’ Qinglin511 ’. This project is a successful incident assisted both genotype and phenotype screening to increase resistance with common breeding technology.
