摘 要:为了探究墨兰品种间的观赏性状差异和遗传多样性,本研究以13个品种的墨兰为试验材料,用SPSS软件对墨兰品种的8个性状进行系统的聚类分析。结果表明:13个墨兰品种中,‘万代福’、‘江南白墨’和‘企黑爪’植株壮硕、叶片厚实,在花枝等方面具有较高的观赏价值;‘吴字翠’、‘企黑爪’和‘江南白墨’在开花性状上表现最佳。SPSS分析将13个供试品种分成3个群集,类群Ⅰ:‘阳明锦’、‘招财进宝’、‘瑞玉’、‘金鸟’、‘大勋冠’和‘大勋爪’;类群Ⅱ:‘新娘’和‘玉妃’;类群Ⅲ:‘企黑爪’、‘万代福’、‘金华山’、‘吴字翠’和‘江南白墨’,其中各个性状表现最好的是类群Ⅲ,‘企黑爪’、‘万代福’、‘金华山’、‘吴字翠’和‘江南白墨’在8个观赏性状中都表现最佳,这与差异分析结果相一致。本研究发现墨兰品种间的遗传距离较远,其遗传基础广阔,这为今后墨兰杂交种的选育和遗传多样性研究提供了科学依据。In order to explore the differences in ornamental traits and genetic diversity between the varieties of Cymbidium sinense, this study used 13 varieties of Cymbidium sinense as experimental materials. The SPSS software was used to analyze the 8 traits of Cymbidium sinense. The results showed that among the 13 Cymbidium sinense varieties, ’Wandaifu’, ’Jiangnan Baimo’ and ’Qihei’ were strong and the leaves were thick, which had high ornamental value in flower branches and other aspects;’Wuzicui ’, ’Qihei ’ and ’Jiangnan Baimo ’ were the best flowering traits. 13 Cymbidium sinense varieties were analyzed by SPSS. The test varieties were divided into 3 clusters: group Ⅰ: ’Yangmingjin’, ’Zhaocai Jinbao’, ’Ruiyu’, ’Jinniao’, ’Daxunguan’ and ’Daxunzhao’;group Ⅱ:’Xinniang’ and ’Yufei’;group Ⅲ: ’Qihei’, ’Wandaifu’, ’Jinhuashan’,Wuzicui’ and ’Jiangnan Baimo’, among which the best performance of each trait is group Ⅲ, ’Qihei’, ’Wandaifu’, ’Jinhuashan’, ’Wuzicui’ and ’Jiangnan Baimo’were the best among the eight ornamental traits. This was consistent with the results of the differential analysis study. It was found that the genetic distance between the Cymbidium sinense varieties was far, and its genetic basis is broad, which provides a scientific basis for the future breeding and genetic diversity of the Cymbidium sinense hybrids.
