摘 要:近些年,随着终末期肾病患者数量增加,维持性血液透析在挽救患者生命、延长患者生存时间等方面发挥了巨大的作用。虽然维持性血液透析是延长患者生命重要的非移植方式,但是在透析治疗的同时,其过程引起的并发症也成为影响患者生活质量及预后的主要危险因素。营养不良是维持性血液透析患者常见的并发症之一,其严重影响了患者的生存时间及生活质量。在临床工作中通过探寻一系列的措施干预、治疗维持性血液透析患者营养不良这一并发症对于提高血液透析患者生活质量以及改善不良预后具有重要的意义。In recent years,with the increasing number of patients with end-stage renal disease,maintenance hemodialysis has played a great role in saving patients'lives and prolonging their survival time.Although maintenance hemodialysis is an important non-transplantation method to prolong patients'lives,the complications caused by dialysis treatment also become the main risk factors impacting patients'life quality and prognosis.Malnutrition is one of the common complications of maintenance hemodialysis patients,which seriously impacts the survival time and life quality of patients.In clinical work,it is of great significance to investigate a series of measures to intervene and treat malnutrition in maintenance hemodialysis patients for improving their life quality and poor prognosis.
