血液净化中枸橼酸钠中毒的急救与护理1例

摘　　要：枸橼酸钠是一种常见抗凝剂,临床运用广泛。在抗凝过程中,可发生枸橼酸钠中毒,但在血液净化治疗中发生枸橼酸钠中毒少见,临床经验不足。现介绍一例青年女性百草枯中毒患者在进行血液进化治疗时出现枸橼酸钠中毒的救治过程。患者枸橼酸钠中毒后,医护人员及时输注葡萄糖酸钙等医疗干预,结合综合护理措施,患者症状缓解,中毒解除,未造成差错事故的发生。Sodium citrate(SC)is a common anticoagulant with extensive clinical application.SC poisoning may occur during anticoagulation.Butit seldom occurs during hemopurification,and the relevant clinical experience is scanty.This paper introduced the process of treating SC poisoning which occurred when a young female patient poisoned by paraquat was receiving hemopurification.After the SC poisoning occurred,the patient was given timely medical interventions such as the infusion of calcium gluconate by the medical care personnel,which were combined with comprehensive nursing measures.As a result,the patient was detoxified and her symptoms were relieved,causing neither an accident nor a mistake.
