摘  要:本文研发了一种基于机器视觉的蚕茧分选综合实验系统,有机融合了机械设计、图像处理、嵌入式系统研发、产品信息管理等技术,集机、电、管、控于一体,可开设蚕茧传输与分选机构设计、嵌入式系统设计、图像采集与处理、上位机软件开发等实验。实验系统方案源于教师科研成果,符合先进智能制造发展方向,体现了教学设备的先进性和创新性,有利于培养工科学生的实践能力、探索能力和创新能力。A comprehensive experiment system of cocoon sorting based on machine vision is developed, which has integrated the mechanical design, embedded system research and development, product information management technologies, etc., with combination of machine, electricity, management and control. The experiments on cocoon transmission and sorting mechanism design, embedded system design, image acquisition and processing, upper computer software development, etc., are established. The scheme of experimental system comes from the achievements of teachers’ scientific research, which is in line with the development direction of advanced intelligent manufacturing, reflects the advanced and innovative features of the teaching equipment, and is conducive to the cultivation of practical ability, exploration ability and innovation ability of engineering students.
