摘 要:该文构建了安全工程专业视角下的高校实验室安全标准化体系,研究了评审标准中的机构和职责、教育培训、作业安全,以及重大危险源辨识与管理等4个二级评审要素;按照"一级在应急管理厅、二级在教育厅、三级在学校"的原则,确定了组织结构中建设机构、管理机构和评定机构的组成和职责;阐述了各级安全标准化高校实验室的申请、评定、授牌和复评等评审流程。研究结果可为开展高校实验室安全标准化研究和建设提供理论和技术指导。This paper constructs a safety standardization system for university laboratories from the perspective of the safety engineering specialty. The four secondary evaluation elements in evaluation standards, including organization and responsibility, education and training, operation safety and major hazard identification and management are studied. According to the principle of "The first level is in the emergency management department, the second level is in the education department and the third level is in the university", the composition and responsibilities of the construction organization, management organization and evaluation organization in the organizational structure are determined, the evaluation process of application, evaluation, licensing and reassessment of safety standardization for university laboratories at all levels is expounded upon. The research results can provide theoretical and technical guidance for the research and construction of laboratory safety standardization in colleges and universities.
