摘 要:球形储罐广泛应用于石油化工等领域,是十分常见的压力容器。通常情况下,球罐因承受高压和某些介质腐蚀容易发生应力腐蚀开裂,传统的无损检测手段,仅能对球罐存在的宏观缺陷进行检测而无法监控应力集中部位;金属磁记忆检测技术具有识别构件的应力集中区域、可检测宏观缺陷及微观缺陷的特点。通过对球罐实施现场磁记忆检测,结合常规射线探伤,可有效判定球罐存在的应力集中部位,同时可检测出内部存在的宏观缺陷,为国内金属磁记忆检测应用提供了参考。As a very common pressure vessel,spherical tank is widely used in petrochemical industry.Under normal circumstances,the spherical tank is subjected to high pressure and some corrosion media,which leads to stress corrosion cracking.Traditional nondestructive testing method can only detect the macroscopic defects,but cannot monitor the stress concentration area.Metal magnetic memory testing technology has the characteristics of identifying the stress concentration areas as well as detecting macro and micro defects.Through the implementation of magnetic memory testing on the spherical tank,combined with conventional X-ray detection,it was verified that magnetic memory testing technology can effectively determine the stress concentration areas and internal macro defects,which provided a reference case for its application in China.
