摘 要:目的:探究黄芪复方颗粒对肉鸡免疫器官组织结构和肠道结构的影响。方法:选用100只1 d龄罗斯308肉仔鸡随机分为4组,对照组饲喂基础日粮,实验组于第21天开始在基础日粮中分别添加0.87%、1.74%、3.48%黄芪复方颗粒,实验周期42 d,测定黄芪复方颗粒对肉鸡法氏囊、脾脏和十二指肠组织结构的影响。结果:与对照组比较,各实验组法氏囊淋巴滤泡的面积增加,脾脏的脾小结面积、动脉周围淋巴鞘直径增加,十二指肠的肠壁厚度及绒毛高度增加,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);十二指肠隐窝深度降低,其中0.87%组隐窝深度与对照组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:日粮中添加黄芪复方颗粒可有效促进畜禽生长发育,促进消化功能,促进免疫器官发育。Objective:To investigate the effects of Huangqi Compound Granules on tissue structure and intestinal structure of immune organs in broilers.Methods:1001-day-old Ross 308 broilers were randomly divided into 4 groups.The control group was fed with basic diets,while the experimental groups were added with 0.87%、1.74%and 3.48%Huangqi Compound Granules respectively from the twenty-first day.The experimental period was 42 days.Effects of Huangqi Compound Granules on the structure of bursa of Fabricius,spleen and duodenum were observed.Results:Compared with the control group,the area of bursal lymphoid follicles and spelic nodules,diameter of the lymphatic sheath around the artery,the thickness of the duodenal intestinal wall and the height of the villi in all experimental groups were increased(P<0.01),and the depth of the crypts were reduced in 0.87%group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Adding Huangqi Compound Granules to the diet can effectively promote the growth and development of livestock and poultry,and the development of immune organs.
