摘 要:目的:以党参为主要原料,辅以黄芪、山楂、山药,制备复方党参超微粉咀嚼片。方法:通过正交试验确定最佳配方。结果:复方党参超微粉咀嚼片最佳配方为:山药5.71%,山楂5.71%,黄芪9.58%,党参19%,木糖醇30%,乳糖15%,麦芽糊精15%,以体积分数80%的乙醇为湿润剂,以1%硬脂酸镁为润滑剂。结论:所得复方党参超微粉咀嚼片口感细腻、表面光滑、色泽均匀,为党参的开发利用提供了一条新途径。Objective:Compound Dangshen superfine powder chewable tablets were prepared with Codonopsis pilosula as the main raw material,supplemented with Astragalus membranaceus,hawthorn and Chinese yam.Methods:The best formula was determined by orthogonal test,and the proportion of the main material,the amount of xylitol,lactose and maltodextrin were taken as the investigation factors.Results:The best formula of compound Dangshen superfine powder chewable tablet was as follows:Chines yam 5.71%,hawthorn 5.71%,Astragalus membranaceus 9.58%,Dangshen 19%,xylitol 30%,lactose 15%,maltodextrin 15%,80%ethanol was used as wetting agent and 1%magnesium stearate was used as lubricant.Conclusion:The chewable tablets have fine taste,smooth surface and uniform color,which provides a new way for the development and utilization of Dangshen.
