摘 要:以某款纯电动汽车的动力电池箱为例,运用ANSYS Workbench软件建立有限元模型,并进行了静态力学分析、模态分析和随机振动分析,依据各项分析结果对动力电池箱体进行结构改进。对改进后的动力电池箱体进行了校验分析,结果表明改进后其静态性能和动态性能均满足要求,同时减重26.3%。该基于静态力学分析、模态分析和随机振动分析结果进行动力电池箱的优化设计的方法有助于改善电池箱的刚度、强度及实现轻量化,对行业内的动力电池箱及类似产品设计具有参考价值。Taking the power battery box of a pure electric vehicle as an example,the finite element model is established by using ANSYS Workbench software,and the static mechanical analysis,modal analysis and random vibration analysis are carried out,and the structure of the power battery box is improved according to the analysis results.The improved power battery box is checked and analyzed,and the results show that both its static and dynamic performance meet the requirements,and the weight is reduced by 26.3%.The optimal design method of the power battery box based on the results of static mechanical analysis,modal analysis and random vibration analysis is helpful in improving the stiffness,strength and lightweight of the battery box.It has reference value for the design of power battery box and similar products in the industry.
