摘 要:传统建筑工程是根据项目的时间顺序进行串行排列的,业主往往忽视前期策划阶段的重要性,最终导致总决策的失误.同时也延长了设计建设周期,增加了企业成本,从而间接影响了企业的竞争力.而将并行工程引入到建筑工程中,可以在前期策划阶段对项目建设的全过程进行全面规划,改善传统模式中的一些弊端.本文针对旅游建筑此种建筑类型进行分析,总结旅游建筑在建设全过程中存在的问题,应用并行工程理论,分析其在旅游建筑设计中的必要性、合理性及应用优势.Traditional construction projects are arranged in series according to the chronological order of the project.Owners often overlook the importance of the early planning stage,which ultimately leads to mistakes in the overall decision.At the same time,it also prolongs the design and construction cycle and increases the cost of the enterprise,which indirectly affects the competitiveness of the enterprise.By introducing concurrent engineering into construction projects,the entire process of project construction can be comprehensively planned in the early planning stage to improve some of the disadvantages of the traditional model.This article summarizes the current status of tourism architecture and summarizes the problems in tourism architecture design.By introducing the characteristics of concurrent engineering,it is necessary to explain the necessity,rationality and application advantages of introducing concurrent engineering theory into tourism architecture.
